The dig itself was scheduled and we knew when it was going to happen. In our contract, we basically said builders can come randomly do things in the backyard any day but Sunday until the build is done. We got the first taste of unexpected builders on Friday.
3 men showed up saying they were working on the gas lines. They stayed for several hours and dug a very big trench around the property:
The extra gas line will be for pool heating and piped gas for the grill.
They didn’t get all the way around to where the pool equipment will ultimately be, so I assume they are coming back next week.
