Adventures in Linux Mint: Part 3 – Installation and Swapping Kernels

After several days of trying it out on a stick, we installed it permanently. As we mentioned in the previous post, without using a beta version of the Linux kernel, the network, the touch screen and the touch pad didn’t work, but with a change of kernel, we got them working for the permanent copy.
