After two days of toothache, I brought forward my regular (and by that, I mean annual) visit to the dentist to see what he could do.
Not leaving me too much time to decide, he injected something that made my face numb and speech slur. Here is the video I made in a hurry whilst the dentist was out of the room gathering some tiny weapons:
Not the best way of starting the adventure but it’s much better than had we been wrestling with alligators or whatever we’ll be up to after I get my Social Security Number.
Off to a good start… Be careful, he’ll probably take one look at your British teeth and you’ll come out looking like you’ve got a mouth full of bright white grave stones!
Too late. They did a deep clean before taking the tooth out. They may have seen it as a more urgent problem than the lesser issue of relieving my toothache.
