Something that I didn’t realize is how rural the area quite near us is. This is still such a new state. Much like California, before the tech boom, there was lots of farming. Also like California, there is still a fair amount of that. Just a few miles from us, there are cows, horses, sheep and hay:
It is such a contrast to swish apartment community living and the shiny mall that isn’t even a decade old.
