Everything is slightly different. Had we moved to China, I think I would have been more prepared for everything to be different. But here in the U.S, the differences are unpredictable which adds small surprises to my daily life.

Previously, I talked about the light switches going the other way when I misconfigured a window. Since, I have found many little differences so here is a video of the mostly positive ones that I have noticed in a U.S home:

Most US paper towels are squarish. but some brands are making them smaller (select a size etc) they say it’s for convenience – but I think it is so they can say there are more sheets.
