Chris uses\u00a0FaceTime<\/a>\u00a0to speak to his parents face to face as he and his dad both have iPhones. The iPhone is by far the easiest way to call someone with Facebook, but it is annoying to have to hold the phone. He started out using the selfie stick, but even that was an imperfect solution. He sought out something that had the holding ability of the selfie stick without him having to be the holder.

He got a Dinkum Systems ActionPod Pro<\/a>, which is intended to hold a camera. Interchangeable accessories are available, one of which looked like it might be able to hold the phone, or failing that, the selfie stick, the\u00a0Dinkum Systems Clamping Top, 1″ for Action Pod<\/a>.<\/p>\n
